Caught In The Act: Comedy With A Twist

After relaunching  this January Caught in the Act (CIA) comedy night, fronted by Justin ‘JcX’ Chinyere (one half of duo JcX and Slick) is an evening filled with comical improv, audience participation and bags of laughter. The event which will be held at the popular Central London venue, Madame Jojo’s will feature a combination of improvisation, games, stand up and live music with DJ Longers on the decks.

Justin has made  regular appearances at the prestigious Comedy Store, Kojo’s Comedy Funhouse (MTV) and The Jump Off. Previous shows have also attracted guests such as Previous guests have included Steven K Amos, Chris Martin, Richard Blackwood, Eddie Kadi, Adam Deacon, Jamelia, Bless Beats, Jamie Howard, Jason Maza, Arnold Oceng, Rachel Adedeji and Miss Frank (X-­Factor). So this show is a guaranteed to be a quality night out.

Check out the full length trailer for Noel Clarke‘s soon-to-be released film, “4, 3, 2, 1”. The film stars Michelle Ryan,  Ashley ‘Bashy’  Thomas, Arnold ‘Snakey Man’ Ocheng and Adam Deacon.  American rapper, Eve even makes an appearance.

4.3.2.1 is described as:

…a sexy, gripping thriller following three days in the lives of four very different girls. Starring some of Britain and Americas most exciting rising stars including Emma Roberts (Nancy Drew, Wild Child), Tamsin Egerton (St. Trinians), Ophelia Lovibond (Nowhere Boy, London Boulevard) and Shanika Warren-Markland (Adulthood), the four intricately woven stories are about four best friends who become involved in a major diamond heist.

I have to say that the trailer looks good, but I have a feeling it maybe one of those typical Brit flicks. I hope I’m proven wrong, either way i’ll still be watching it.
